Good Morning. Getting use to the fall back, time change we experienced on Sunday and still trying to get use to the sun going down so early and coming up so late. The holidays are just around the corner and with the Time Change is when they become a reality. By 5:30 it is pitch dark and time to light a fire. Feels like it is time for bed but really it is hours to early to hit the pillow…Life is about flexibility and making adjustments, isn’t it. It usually takes about a week or so to adjust to the change but it will happen… Change occurs every day, all day, all around us and it is about adapting ourselves and being flexible…. Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start! Yesterday we started off Fresh and with a new beginning and Today we are starting off with a Mantra to go by! What is your mantra?

A mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered capable of “creating transformation”. Mantras are words or phrases that are either spoken out loud or internally, as a means of focus and meditation. Often “mantras” as associated with Buddhist figures but you can create your own mantra! These words, phrases or sounds are used to influence or even gain control of your external world! Our thoughts become our reality so if you create a mantra based on the reality you want to live, you can take control of your reality!
A Mantra has very spiritual meaning and is used to create change in your life. You can create your own mantra… Think about a word (s), a song, a tune, a thought that picks you up when you are down? What makes you smile when you want to cry? Think about what your personal mantra is and focus on those words, that tune, to take you into a place of peace and happiness. Create your own mantra. Think it, speak it or internalize it and you will see how they will become your reality!
