When we are young, we may look at situations that happen and blame inexperience or being naive. As a young child, these excuses are relevant and acceptable but as we get older, gain life experience and knowledge, “lack of experience” only goes so far. It is that time when we face our consequences and claim them as our own! We all have choices and 9x out of 10, they are not coming from a lack of knowing but simply choosing to not execute. If you go through life with an excuse, every time you are forced to make a decision, where will you end up? If one excuse leads to another and you never own up to your choices, 2011 will escape you with nothing but excuses. it is the year to own up to your choices, take responsibility for the direction you decide to go, stop looking externally for who or what to blame and take control today!
