Wow what an amazing day! See, starting your day out right and on the right foot sets the tone for the entire day. Awesome workout, awesome visits with clients, got a ton of things done, mentally got a lot of things organized and am roaring to go with a new project that has come full circle. Today was just a day that everything seemed clear and understood. You know how you have those days where things just don’t make sense or seem clear and then those days where everything is clear as day… I had a “clear as day” kind of day!! I am really focused and have a game plan for the direction of things. Just excited but don’t want to say too much until ALL the details are in place! 😉
So as for the awesome workout… I never thought I could do a pull up, yes I did say that. I can get one but shooting for more is something I just don’t ever push for.. Today, 3 push ups- Full push ups with full extension! bam!
all 20 reps and 4 sets unless noted
-one arm rows on incline bench with 20 # dumbells
-jump squats
-sit ups on decline bench
-3 pull ups 4x 🙂
-squat row with cable machine
-50 weightless squats
Cardio- 2 mile walk in the a.m. with Bruno and 3 mile walk in the p.m.
Meals for today…
meal 1: pro dessert and 1/2 c. oats
meal 2: 1 small apple, 1/2 c. oatmeal, 5 egg whites
meal 3: 1/2 c. brown rice, 5 oz tilapia and asparagus
meal 4: 1/2 c. brown rice with 1 scoop protein, mixed together and made a rice pudding 😉
meal 5: 5 oz tilapia and big salad
meal 6– making a giant salad with 5 oz chicken, 1/4 c. almonds and 1/2 apple (chicken almond salad)
meal 7: — will be 5 egg whites
Off to relax for the evening and let’s start tomorrow off with a bang and repeat the energy from today!
