G-Fit Workout of the Day:
-30 second windmills
-10 squat with side to side kettle bell press (side to side thrusters)
-15 knee to elbow extensions, on all 4’s
-20 leg pulses on all 4’s
-20 regular bicep curls
Rest and repeat 3x
Dig Deep!!
*23 weeks pregnant
