Q: I just bought a homemade water carbonator… LOVE it… use it to carbonate my specially filtered alkaline water. Do you see any problem with drinking mostly carbonated water if it’s homemade and from a superior water source?
A: Carbinated or not carbinated, drink your water and if carbinated is what you prefer, go for it!
Though some believe carbonation can help alleviate upset stomach and constipation, carbonated water isn’t necessarily any better or worse for you, nutritionally, than still water.
I prefer mine non carbonated but if you are LOVING it, at least you won’t have a problem getting in all your water! Sounds like you have found yourself a new toy! Enjoy!
