-10 reverse grip incline push-ups
-10 crossover lateral raises
-10 front raises (palms up, palms down=1 rep)
-30 seconds plank knee to elbows (combo, knee to same side with knee to opposite side)
Rest and repeat 3x
Dig Deep!
*21 weeks pregnant
