(Glutes/quads, biceps, upper chest)
-20 squats with alternating cross over back lunges
-10 cross over leg lift in plank position
-10 kettlebell bicep curl with deep squat
-20 upper cuts in wide squat position
Rest and repeat 3x
Dig Deep!
