✔2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
✔1 Tsp baking powder
✔1/2 Tsp sea salt
✔1/3 C coconut oil
✔1 whole eggs
✔4 egg whites
✔1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
✔1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
✔zest of 1 lemon
✔1 TBSP poppy seeds
✔4 packets Stevia or Splenda
