My few pointers to allow you to enjoy the lifestyle way…
-Know that the restaurant has healthy options
-know, in advance, what you are going to order
-never leave the house hungry– have a shake before you go out
-bring gum or sugar free mints for after dinner so you are not tempted to go for dessert
-eat a serving and bring the rest home for later…
IT CAN BE DONE, YOU JUST HAVE TO PLAN AND PREPARE! 🙂
