Lemon-Mint Marinade

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
1 tablespoon olive oil
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

-Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
—Use to marinate lean protein or on a salad
