Ingredients
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 to 3 limes)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Braggs Liquid aminos
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root, optional
• 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 inch thick mahi mahi steaks
Preheat grill or broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, Braggs, optional ginger root, mint and pepper.
Brush the mahi mahi or tuna steak with about one-third of the dressing and reserve the rest.
Place the remaining olive oil in a heated skillet.
Place the mahi mahi steaks in the skillet, and cook to desired temperature, flipping only once.
Brush mahi mahi steaks once again after flipping.
Cook approximately 8-10 minutes/side.
*Also great when Grilled!
*If you have more preparation time, you can marinate the fish for 2-3 hours before cooking.
