Make everyday Valentine’s Day! Why is Valentine’s day on February 14th and not 02/15, 02/16, 02/17, …. etc.? There is NO reason why we can’t make Valentine’s Day everyday! Surely you marked time in your calendar to do something special on such a special day. Surely you marked your calendar and blocked out a little bit of time to share with a loved one or even just to do a little something special for yourself? Hopefully your calendars were marked and you celebrated Love in some special way. Isn’t it great to see all the love in the air? Everywhere you go you see flowers, balloons, people just seem to be happy! Let’s not allow society to make Valentine’s Day come only once a year, make it everyday! Everyday Love, even with a simple kind gesture that will make a lifelong impression. Everyday, love yourself. This is an area we often put on the back burner. Everyday, be sure to mark your calendars for some amount of time spent on YOU. Even just 2-5 minutes to breath or be in silence, whatever amount of time it is, just make the time to honor and love yourself, daily! We tend to be micro-managers and forget to pencil in the most important part of our day, YOU. Don’t allow your busy schedule to take away from YOU. Start today by consciously blocking off a little bit of time for yourself. Make it a point to make everyday Valentines Day, loving others and not forgetting to Love yourself!
