The Best Coconut Banana Green Drink

Ingredients:
-1/2 green banana*
-1 C super green mix (kale, spinach)
-1 small cucumber
-6 oz 0% Greek Yogurt (Chobani vanilla)
-1 C unsweetened coconut milk
-1 oz avocado
-1 scoop collagen
-1 stick probiotic
-1/2- 1 C ice (depending on how thick you want it)

*Green Bananas are lower in sugar and include resistant starch which acts as a prebiotic, feeding beneficial gut bacteria and promoting digestive health. They also have a lower glycemic index, meaning they cause a slower rise in blood sugar, making it a great choice for keeping blood sugar levels steady and providing steady energy.

                                                                                                        Directions: 

Blend in high-speed blender until well combined, thick and creamy. Enjoy!
