Wow, it is 8:34 pst and I am just now calling it a day! Wowsers… busy busy day 🙂 Busy is good!! Started with the mindset that today was going to be my off day and turned out that with 20 minutes to spare, I got something in! I call this an active recovery day. With a client (actually Kim, you all know Kim) stuck in just a little bit of traffic, it actually all worked out because she came with plenty of time to meet and I also got in a really short but really sweet 20 minute mini workout. See everything happens for a reason. So I had little time so had to push it hard.

I ran my little heart out and got something rather than nothing done in 20 minutes!! Just takes a little bit of getting my heart rate up and I feel like a million bucks. I will call this my active recovery day!
Then was able to see Kim, who looks amazing and wow, what a motivating woman she is! Travels all over the country and is in a different city, different airport, almost 4x/week, simply amazing! We all have our challenges and Kim takes on hers with NOTHING getting in her way, not even a flat tire or missed plane!! Awesome job Kim, you are such a rock star!! I am so proud of you! After Kim, I saw Mrs. Traci!! Such bundles of great energy this morning. Look at the girlies…
The rest of the day was spent working and running errands! I then later was able to grab a bite with Traci and we went to our famous “Blue Waters Seafood“. A popular seafood place here in SD and also as seen on the Food Network! Nothing like fresh seafood over a beautiful salad!!! I ordered the snapper 
and Traci had the shrimp! It doesn’t get much better than this!!! You simply pick your fish and tell them how you want it prepared! I went for Blackened 🙂
This is a quick and easy place to easily order healthy! Oil and Vinegar on the side and badda boom, there you have a protein filled fresh healthy meal!! 🙂 Good thing the lunch was under $10 because I made up for it with the parking ticket I got when I got outside to my car!!! Traci had a lovely yellow tag on her car too… Grrrrrrr…. So needless to say it was a $40 salad! 😉 Moving on…
So with nice clean sheets, headed to make a shake and get to bed!
