Hope everyone is having an awesome Tuesday! I think the summer has finally decided to arrive, here in SD! Only took until August 3rd to arrive but hey better late than never! August is going to be a great month and I can hear the motivation in so many of you. Whether you feel like you may have fallen off the wagon or feel like your wagon has more steam than before, we are in this as a team and there is enough steam to go around and ensure we all stay on track and moving forward! All aboard Ladies….

Today was a non stop busy day for me… I managed to get in an awesome cardio workout this morning, just loving my “get in get out” theory and getting the job done efficiently! Ladies, focus on quality over quantity and I am telling you, it will go so far! You learn that it doesn’t take much and you can kiss those endless hours good bye… It is all about quality and consistency!
Today’s Cardio WOD
1/4 mile walk on 15% incline
1.5 mile run on No incline
1/4 mile run on 7% inclinne
1/4 mile run on No incline
1/4 mile sprint at 10 mph
Followed by the following circuit…1 set of 15 repeat 2x
shoulder press with 15# dumbbells
thrusters with 15# dumbbells
jump squats
side lateral with 15# dumbbells
push ups
tricep extenions
front raises
one arm rows
hand stand push ups
Busy running around so meals were on the go..
Meal 1: protein shake with 1/2 c. cream of rice
meal 2: PERFECT FOODS BAR— POST WORKOUT

(THIS AND QUEST ARE MY FAVORITE….)
meal 3: 1/2 c. brown rice and 4 oz tilapia
meal 4: 1 scoop protein shake, 1 rice cake 1 tbsp natural almond butter with flaxseeds and a small apple
meal 5: 4 oz tilapia and green beans
2 more meals to go and going to be protein and veggies for both… undecided what protein…
