Today was a great day! Felt great! Energy is starting to come back to me now that I am rounding out the first trimester and cruising into my second. My pool workouts are really great and I am loving them! I am addicted and find myself anxious to get back into the pool! It is nice to also get some outside sun and real color! No tanning for me (regular or mystic) so the best sun is the real thing, go figure!
Todays laps were a little challenging. I usually go 20 laps then rest and take the remainder in sets but today was feeling winded at only 10 laps so stopped at 10 for some water and then took it in sets of 10 to finish out my 50 total. I am totally going with my body and how I am feeling!
I am really excited to share my journey with you! I will be posting updates with how I am feeling, my nutritional and training plan and all the ins and outs of this exciting journey!!
