Meal #1: 1 Cup Wheat Bran with 1/2 cup strawberries and 6 egg whites
Meal #2: Breakfast Out– Asparagus & Artichoke egg white omelet with fruit and Dry Rye Toast
 

Meal #3: 1 99% lean ground turkey burger
Meal #4: small salad with EVOO and vinegar and 1 Turkey burger
Meal #5: Salmon with grilled veggies (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini & onions)

Exercise of the Day:
CARDIO only: 40 minutes on Step-mill
Today feeling great! My mom and step dad are in town so only a cardio day for me. A little tired but I think most of my nausea and food aversions are starting to subside down that I am moving into the 2nd trimester. 🙂
